Professional Work

Film and TV / Stage

what Actors / clients have said

"James is an absolute gem!  I will forever look at TV/film differently after taking his class.  He always encouraged us to find a way to bring the text to ourselves.  He pushed us to find the richness within ourselves that would bring the characters we work on to life.  He also stressed the importance of our space, how to own it and feel excited about what we've created!  If you are looking to get into TV/film, his course is a must!" Kacie Craven, USA

“I learned volumes about my on camera work and now I have a much clearer grasp of what I am after in my own self tapes. The exercises gave me a base to keep my creativity alive while working in what often feels like a vacuum.” Virginia Belt, USA

“After attending the Free Masterclass on Screen Studies with James I have been looking forward to attend the full course. James is so passionate and knowledgeable in his field and his screen work experience comes through in his coaching. The classes are very well prepared, very insightful, thought provoking, and most importantly lots of fun. I very much enjoyed James's unique approach that is so welcoming; you know you’re in a safe space to learn more and explore new skills. After this course you look at screen performances in a whole new way! I very much look forward to working together again.” Edita Sllamniku, UK
