how to book with us
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH THE ON-GOING SITUATION SURROUNDING COVID-19 AND IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT ADVICE, ALL SERVICES WILL BE HELD ONLINE VIA ZOOM. WE HOPE YOU ARE ALL SAFE AND WELL.
In order to book any classes, workshops or coaching sessions with us, you are required to become a member. Our membership is FREE, we simply ask a couple of quick questions to make sure we are a right fit for you. To sign up, simply click the 'Book' button on the top right and you will be prompted to join. Someone from The Community will be in touch shortly afterwards.
All classes/coaching/workshops are ONLINE ONLY through the third party ZOOM. You will need a Zoom account to take part. Please make sure you have a secure and fast internet connection so things can operate smoothly, with no glitches or delays.
Choose what class or workshop that you would like to book and select 'Book'. Please take a note of the dates and times as these are set and cannot be changed. Please make sure you can attend all class dates.
Choose a coach you would like to work with. You will then be presented with a calendar that will show available days and times. Please select one that works for you. You can currently only book two weeks in advance, this is to allow our coaches to update their schedules with work commitments. When completing your booking, please let the coach know what you intend to work on during your session. If there is any material you need, add that information in here too.
Please note: most of our coaches are based in the UK (British Summer Time). Everything we offer is currently GMT time so keep this in mind if you are not currently in the UK.
Select your session and add any details you think may be useful for the coach. For example, you may have text you want to work on for an up and coming audition, or a accent you need to learn for a self tape.
Pay via Wix Payments, Paypal or Stripe. You will receive a conformation email. Your coach will then reach out to introduce themselves. If you have any scripts you are working on, please send them to your coach as soon as possible. This gives them time to look it over.
You will be sent a Zoom link 10 mins before the start time. Please be online on time. If you are late for your session, it will still finish at the set time.

We endeavour to meet your needs and keep schedules flexible to accommodate but sometimes this will be impacted if coaches have prior work commitments.
