Ballet Masterclass with MT Coach Molly Dobbs

All Levels Ballet class with variations throughout for more advanced students.   

Molly will be leading a technical ballet barre stretch and warm up suitable for all students from beginner to advanced. There will also be some floor work in the center.  

This is a tiered class, so there will be variations throughout combinations to cater to whatever your skill level is. Open and suitable for all levels from “Whats a first position?” to “How many pirouettes do you want?”  

Molly is a California girl who trained and lived in the U.K. for 5 years, and has recently moved back to London. Born and raised in California, Molly started dancing at the age of 2 and pursued a career in both Ballet and Irish Dance styles. As she got older, she realized her passions extended beyond dance and started taking singing and acting lessons. At 18, Molly left California to move to Scotland, where she got her BA in Musical Theatre at The Royal Conservatoire of Acting. She then went to London, where she got her Masters in Classical Acting from LAMDA. Since training, she has worked in reputable regional theatres around the US and played several leading roles including Utah Festival Opera (Katherine in Newsies and danced with the Jets in West Side Story) The Oregon Cabaret Theatre (Johanna in Sweeney Todd),PCPA Theatrefest (Sophie in Mamma Mia, Ellie in Freaky Friday) and Sierra Repertory Theatre (Val in A Chorus Line). She regularly teaches singing and career development independently, as well as tutors aspiring actors on drama school and university entry auditions.
