The Practice: Kick Start Your 2024! (4x Week Intensive Course)

Our first course of 2024 is a 4-class intensive with the wonderful Andrew Rothney! Only 12 spaces available!

With industrial action at an end now is the perfect time to sharpen our skills and go into 2024 with a renewed vigour and outlook!

Following on from my “Resilience” class we are going to work on the practicalities of getting multiple tapes/additions at the same time and how to multitask effectively. I will send you “self-tape tasks” which have a quick turnaround and a lot to prepare. The aim is to get you “match fit” and comfortable when you are overwhelmed. 

We’re also going to look at our outlook and how we can approach the industry differently and in turn protect our mental health in the process. We’ll have the chance to share our experiences and what we learnt from them.

And most importantly we’ll get our hands on some scripts and get working again with a group of like minded individuals where we can learn from each other and go into the new year with a focus and drive.
